The utility model is provided with a second polarizing layer with low dichroic ratio on the first polarizing layer with high dichroic ratio as the reflection inhibiting layer the absorption axis of the first polarizing layer is parallel to the absorption axis of the second polarizing layer so that the second polarizing layer can effectively absorb the reflected light so as to furthest reduce the reflection of the first polarizing layer. In addition the utility model further claims a display device the display device comprises a composite film polarizer of the first aspect of the utility model.
