A material for remove in moisture and/or water enrichment from air comprising a hydrophilic material comprising a micro-pore and a low water activity material coated in the micro-pore of the hydrophilic material. The invention also relates to a device comprising such a material and method the device can be used by using the material from the air remove the moisture and/or rich water.
