The invention claims extract rose rhodiola components and separation of the compound and its use for treating neuropathic diseases and neurodegenerative diseases. The invention of extract and compound inhibits aggregation of α-synaptic nucleic protein. In one embodiment rose rhodiola extract and compounds of the present invention can be used for treating synaptic nucleic protein disease including Parkinson ' s disease Lewy body dementia autonomic nerve failure multiple system atrophy and Alzheimer ' s disease.
