On Site Hydration Monitoring and Damage Detection System and Method for Concrete and Sensor Used Therein
The invention claims a site hydration monitoring and damage detection system and method for concrete structure and in embedded sensor for the system and method. wherein said system comprising: a computer in a signal generator an emitting sensor and a receiving sensor wherein the emitting sensor and receiving sensor is embedded in the concrete structure of the sensor. wherein the method comprises: a computer by comparing and analyzing the signal sent to and receiving sensor for transmitting sensor signal received by obtaining information of the hydration monitoring and damage detection the temporary state of the information associated with the monitoring target wherein the emitting sensor and receiving sensor is embedded in the concrete structure of the monitoring target. wherein the sensor comprises a cement-based piezoelectric composite material of functional cores. The system and method based on ultrasonic technology and it will not be affected by the environment and can be used for on-site monitoring of large-size concrete material and structure.
