Method of Manipulating the Surface Density of Functional Molecules on Nanoparticles
本发明提供了一种在纳米颗粒表面控制功能分子密度的方法,其包括用核苷酸孵育纳米颗粒以形成核苷酸包被的纳米颗粒、调节反应体系的缓冲液和盐的浓度、用巯基化分子孵育核苷酸包被的纳米颗粒、引入巯基化低聚乙二醇以停止功能分子对纳米颗粒表面的修饰反应。本发明的方法简便、有效、廉价,可针对生物检测、分子诊断、纳米医药及纳米组装等各种应用而在较广的范围内快速调节功能分子的表面密度。
